Charlie grew up as a charming boy
His brightness was insede his chest
He always laughed, he always smiled
But he never wondered why
Once he did realize
Something was missing in his life
But with medicine and surgery
Advanced science could make him smart

Charlie are you sure about this?
'Cause we still don't know about the side effects it brings
Think that you might not like what you'll see
It might not last forever, we can't know how long it will

Knowing the fact that 65
Will be a third of the I.Q. he will have
Charlie couldn't breathe in any air
